Our Process
We begin by assessing the condition of the driveway. Look for cracks, potholes, deterioration, or drainage issues that need to be addressed. Determine whether the existing driveway surface is suitable for resurfacing or if any repairs to the underlying structure are necessary.
We prepare the driveway surface by cleaning it thoroughly. Remove any debris, dirt, or vegetation that may interfere with the resurfacing process. Repair any cracks or holes in the driveway using appropriate materials such as asphalt patching compound or concrete filler. Address any drainage issues to prevent water accumulation on the surface.
Depending on the condition of the existing surface, we may need to perform surface planing or grinding to remove old layers of asphalt or concrete. This step helps create a smooth and uniform surface for the new layer of material to adhere to.
We then apply a new layer of asphalt or concrete to resurface the driveway. Choose the appropriate material based on factors such as climate, usage, and aesthetic preferences. Ensure proper thickness and compaction of the new surface layer for durability and longevity.
